1. What BizÉire is

BizÉire provides software tools and general information only. BizÉire is not a solicitor, tax adviser or accountant, does not provide legal or tax advice, and is not approved, endorsed or connected with Revenue, the CRO or any Government body.

2. Your responsibility

You confirm that all information you enter is true and correct, that you are authorised to act for the business concerned, and that any form generated is reviewed by you before you submit it yourself to the CRO, Revenue or any other body. BizÉire never submits filings on your behalf; you always click the final submit in your own session.

3. No warranty on register data

Company information shown from the CRO public register is provided by companies to the CRO and is not verified by the CRO. We display it in good faith and accept no liability for its accuracy.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizÉire's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including fines or penalties arising from filings you make.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, resell or redistribute register data obtained through the service, use it for direct marketing to residential addresses, or attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
