Who we are

BizÉire is a compliance software service operated by Brownsolve Limited, registered in Ireland ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through bizeire.com. Contact: fmbrown12@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a bcrypt hash).
• Business data: company name, CRO number, industry type, and compliance checklist items you or your business create.
• Public register data: when you enter a CRO number, we query the Companies Registration Office (CRO) public register and display the result to you. We do not bulk-download or resell register data.
• Usage data: minimal technical logs (IP address, request timestamps) kept for security and service integrity.

Lawful basis

We process account data to perform our contract with you (provide the service), and usage data under our legitimate interest in securing the service. CRO lookups process data you actively provide for your own purposes.

Cookies & storage

We use strictly necessary storage only: a login session token kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics without your prior consent. See our Cookie Notice.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by our hosting provider (EU data centres) and email delivery provider, under data processing agreements, solely to run the service.

Retention

Account and business data are kept while your account is active. On account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. Security logs are kept up to 12 months.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. Email fmbrown12@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

CRO data accuracy

Information obtained from the CRO is supplied by companies themselves and is not verified by the CRO. We pass it on in good faith; the CRO accepts no liability for its accuracy.
